What are DMARC aggregate reports?
DMARC aggregate reports (also called RUA reports) are daily XML files that major mail providers — Google, Microsoft, Yahoo — send to domain owners. They tell you who's sending email as your domain, whether it passed authentication, and what policy was applied. VouchOne collects these reports and turns them into a dashboard you can actually read.
Do I need technical expertise to use VouchOne?
No. If you can add a DNS TXT record, you can use VouchOne. We generate the exact record for you, and we explain what each number means in plain English. IT admins can dig into the details; business owners can trust the summary.
How is VouchOne different from the free reporting tools?
Free tools (like Postmark's DMARC digests) typically email you a weekly PDF. VouchOne is a live dashboard — you see reports as they arrive, you can filter by source, and you can watch your authentication rates improve over time. Plus, you own your data.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Each customer gets an isolated Postgres schema — your reports never sit in the same tables as anyone else's. Our infrastructure runs on hardened Linux with mTLS between services, and we'll never share or sell your data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract. You can export your data or close your account at any time from your settings page.
When will pricing be announced?
We're launching paid plans after the beta. Beta testers get early pricing locked in for the first year, and a free tier will always be available for personal domains.
